Could be a lot of 99 cent downloads. :-) Great to see your music is out ther in other places! I am sure the TV shows are mostly successful because the are using your music (it's the subliminal thing). I may even watch now.

I remember on the Season 3 DVD commentary, Mitch Hurwitz replied "No" in a disappointed tone when asked if more of your music would be on there. I don't know of a single Arrested Development fan who doesn't like the show's music. It's really, really great.

I recently purchased the 3 seasons of Arrested Development and browsed you Original Songs in the Special Features. I really like the sounds of your work. I perceive to be a mix of Pacific Polynesian, Caribbean, R&B and Bluegrass. It appears these musical themes are in your Northern Exposure work as well. However, a 30-60 second song is not much to chew on. Have you considers producing a full length album and possibly touring. I think that there could be a following… look a Jack Johnson.
Keep up the good work.

I think that part of the reason that AD is such a great show is because of the musical accompaniment that facilitates the emotion associated with scenes (and used other times to throw viewers off track for comedic intentions, i.e. spy-like music). Well done!

So glad to see you've got your own site (and such a classy one at that)!

Those of us who love NORTHERN EXPOSURE know how important your wonderful music was to that show. What incredibly artistry!

I have both of the NX CD's and now will have to go get your 'Magic in the Water' soundtrack, too. Thanks for sharing your talent!

best wishes,
RosieB

(P.S. Now I'll go spread the word about your site to the on-line NX fan community.)

David......you have a "way" better website than Martha Stewart and Oprah combined. I believe you could even include Kathy Lee Gifford, as well, though I heard the infidelity problems with she & Frank are really plaguing the marriage, not to mention the stress on the kids, and even the strain with Regis.
Keep up the good work.
P.S. I totally don't believe the gay thing I heard from EG

In all the times we've spent together you never talk about you. I finally get to hear your music and read about you, you are too modest of a man.
I'm so glad you are more together than me with your mp3s, it gave me a chance to discover a really nice sample of your work.
My very favorite is "Two of us"
Ramona did it again! she was able to captured your personality gracefully and effortlessly.
With all my wishes of continued success.
